The Council has opted in this instance to use the two stage restricted procedure to guide it procurement process .The Council will evaluate the PQQ responses submitted that comply with the requirement using the selection criteria and weightings in the table set out as Part 1, section 6.4 of the PQQ. Resultant from the PQQ evaluation a short list of SIX Potential Providers who will be Invited to Tender by the Council.
