Repair and maintenance services of boilers. District heating boiler. Basildon Borough Council wishes to employ a suitably experienced and qualified Contractor to undertake the servicing and maintenance of the communal boilers in Langdon Hills..
The Council require the maintenance of the district heating system up to residents heat meters at Langdon Hills. This will include maintenance of the boiler room plant including CHP units and distribution pipe work up to the heat meters.
